Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your session date.
    • To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email at fotomori.qisstudio@gmail.com. Please provide your booking reference number and reason for the refund.
  2. Review Process:
    • Our team will review your request within 3 working days. Additional details may be required to process the request.
  3. Approval Notification:
    • If your refund is approved, you will receive a confirmation email. Refunds will be processed and transferred within 30 working days to the original payment method.
  4. Conditions for Refund:
    • Refunds are only eligible for cases where the service was not delivered as promised or if there were technical issues during your session.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or for no-shows.

Return Policy

  1. Digital Photo Return Policy:
    • If you are unsatisfied with the digital photos provided, you may request a retake or adjustment within 7 days of receiving the files.
    • Contact customer support at fotomori.qisstudio@gmail.com with your concerns and your booking reference number.
  2. Printed Photo Return Policy:
    • If printed photos are damaged upon receipt, you may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
    • Please provide photographic evidence of the damage when contacting us.
  3. Replacement and Exchange Process:
    • Once approved, we will offer a free retake session for digital photos or reprint and resend the damaged printed photos at no additional cost.
    • For any replacements, our team will coordinate with you to ensure a convenient and timely process.
